This Investment Retreat is part of the continuing series of HIPG Investment Research Conferences on Building Generational Wealth conducted by the Hannaian Investment & Publishing Group (HIPG) since 1994. HIPG is an Investment Research & Publishing Group that employs proprietarily developed specialized techniques and strategies for researching and finding profitable investment opportunities in emerging growth companies with significant Intellectual Property holdings, and significant competitive business advantages within their industries.

Program Objectives
Topics covered at this Investment Training Retreat will include the portfolio of Stocks followed by HIPG, Trading and Investment Strategies, and the new paradigm of Affiliate Marketing as a method to start a business, and to enhance existing businesses. Affiliate Marketing affords potential investors a powerful, cost effective, facilitated way to make money needed for investing. A new and significant topic will be sophisticated Internet Marketing Strategies including IMAPing and DMAPing techniques for use by Business Owners and Affiliate Marketers.

The Retreat will also feature sessions and training on Industrial Affiliate Marketing offered by The Hannaian Affiliate Marketing Group (HAMG). These sessions will focus on members and entrepreneurs who operate Businesses utilizing Affiliate Marketing.

This HIPG Retreat will also feature and support a proposal to fund and establish "The Eric Taylor Institute (ETI) for Health & Environmental Studies" at Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi. Delta State was Eric Taylor's Alma Mater. Eric Taylor was one of the foremost Health Care Administrators in the United States, former Commissioner for Mental Health in Tennessee, and a long time member of the Hannaian Investment & Publishing Group. The proposed Institute will support educational and research services for undergraduate and graduate students in areas of Health and Environmental studies that Eric Taylor and the many individuals he mentored, have championed and innovated.

Special Tours of the STAX Museum and Beale Street in Memphis, TN, The Delta Blues Museum in Clarksdale, MS, and The Grammy Museum on the Campus of Delta State University in Cleveland, MS, will be organized for interested Attendees.

Event Location
The Hannaian Investment Group 2021 Autumn Research Retreat will meet in Marks, Mississippi in the heart of the famous Mississippi Delta during the Mule Train Blues Fest in Marks, and the King Biscuit Blues Festival in Helena, Arkansas across the Mississippi River from the Isle of Capri Casino. These Venues are about an hour south of Memphis Tennessee. Some sessions may be held at other locations in the immediate area. More information will be posted as it becomes available.

In 1968, Marks was the starting & focal point of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s “Poor People's Campaign” which was the second phase of the civil rights movement. The Marks caravan was named “The Mule Train” and was the last of nine “caravans” traveling to 'Resurrection City' on the Mall in Washington, DC.

MLK choose The Town of Marks & Quitman County to highlight his new 'Poor People's Campaign' (PPC) promoting Economic Equality in American Wealth after suggestions by Robert Kennedy and visits to Marks. PPC replaced MLK's previous Campaign for Non Violent Protest to create Racial Justice. PPC which continues to this Day under new Leadership, focuses on Economic Equality as the Solution to America's Racial Problems.

The City of Marks has always been a city of racial diversity – Jewish Americans, African Americans, Chinese Americans, German Americans, English Americans and Hispanic Americans – all sharing in the rich Delta traditions of the South. Famous citizens include the musician, Charlie Pride, Auburn University president, Clyde Muse, and CEO and organizer of Federal Express, Fred Smith.

Attendees who will be staying over in the immediate area for the Retreat will have options of Hotels in Batesville, Clarksdale, Cleveland, or at the Isle of Capri Casino in Lula Mississippi.
