Waiting to make her remarks is Elva Gamble (Hanna Heastie), daughter of Aunt Katie Hanna and Uncle Edward Heastie a well known couple who moved to Miami from the Bahamas many years ago. She is also the Aunt of Carl Heastie currently the Speaker of the New York General Assembly, the first African American to hold this important position. The Reunion had several other Elder Family Members from Florida and the Northeastern Unities States.
