Each NMEX Affiliate Program requires specific contractual arrangements. Applicants will be forwarded the appropriate contract(s) as needed after full review and moderation of their request.

NMEX Affiliate Marketing Program (NAM)
One of the income opportunities available to NMEX Registered Entities offered through the Income Opportunity Center in conjunction with the NMEX Business Affiliate Program (NBAP), is the NMEX Affiliate Marketing Program (NAM). NAM is the NMEX based affiliate marketing program where Vendors of a product or service contract directly with NMEX to utilize its platform, marketing systems, and Registered Entities as an affiliate marketing system and team to promote the Vendor's product or service.

The NMEX Business Affiliate Program (NBAP), is the NMEX Business Client Service which focuses on providing established businesses with Information Technology & Marketing (ITM) Services needed to successfully affiliate market their products and services over the Internet. NBAP is specifically designed to interact with the NMEX Joint Venture Contracting System (JVCS) which provides contractual services for complex transactions such as Real Estate Negotiations & Sales, and Merger & Acquisition Activity which typically cannot be fully accomplished using only the online tools & services on the NMEX Online Platform.

NAM incorporates the sophisticated processes of NBAP to provide the complex Information Technology and Marketing Services needed to assist the practices of Professionally licensed Brokers & Agents in four special Industries:

1. Real Estate Transactions
2. Real Estate Financing
3. Merger & Acquisition Transactions
4. Business Related Investment Procurement

Professionally licensed Industry Brokers and Agents can significantly enhance their business operations through use of NAM, NBAP, other NMEX Business Client Services, and the tools and functions on the Online Platform.
