Dr. Hanna is literally a man of vision having begun his professional career as an eye doctor with specialties in Pediatric & Neuro-Optometry. He is a former professor, researcher, practitioner, and a businessman turned investor and trader.

In 1994, he turned a need to assist his legal clientele of musicians, authors, and inventors into a unique investment, marketing, and research cooperative, The Hannaian Investment & Publishing Group (HIPG). HIPG introduced many young entrepreneurs to capital market investment and trading practices. The Group has produced and developed unique trading and investment techniques and strategies specifically designed for small Self Directed & Controlled investors and traders in intellectual property rich securities and companies.

He is also a principal and founding member of the Hannaian Research Institute, a privately held for profit Intellectual Property Commercialization and Technology Transfer Center (HRI). HRI supports the research and marketing efforts of Researchers, Institutions, Investors, and Corporations involved with Academic Technology Transfer activities.
