If the NMEX CrowdFunder utilizes the NMEX System to deposit and distribute the Funding there will be a fee of 3% of the gross funded amount deducted as a NMEX administration and handling fee. This administrative fee can be avoided by the CrowdFunder having the Funds directly deposited to their account.

NCC is primarily a Rewards Based CrowdFunding Center. Equity or securities based crowdfunding is not allowed at this time. Registrants CrowdFunding on NMEX should not promise or provide any securities, equity or ownership in their project for any donation, contribution or other funding.

Companies or projects seeking Equity Based Crowdfunding can utilize the Equity Crowdfunding Support Services Package offered through the NMEX Business Client Services Center. The NMEX Equity Crowdfunding Support Services Package is specifically designed to provide a source of affordable services to satisfy SEC compliance requirements for Issuers raising funds under the Title II and III Equity Based Crowdfunding laws and regulations.

The four major types of crowdfunding

1. Equity Based Crowdfunding: Investors receive some ownership in the company.
2. Donation Based Crowdfunding: Contributions go towards a charitable cause.
3. Lending Based Crowdfunding: Investors are repaid for their investment over a period of time.
4. Reward Based Crowfunding: Investors receive tangible items or services in return for their funds or In-Kind contributions of goods & services.

CrowdPartnering & Venturing
CrowdPartnering or Venturing is similar to CrowdFunding except that instead of monies being contributed, products, and services are contributed to the development of the project by entities who partner or joint venture with the project or business seeking assistance.
