The NMEX Minority Owned Business Center is specifically designed to assist the entrepreneurial activities of Historically Disadvantaged Entrepreneurs and Business Owners as defined by the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) of the U.S. Department of Commerce.

In the United States the spending power of African Americans alone is by some studies and estimates the equivalent of the eighth largest economy in the world. This phenomenon complemented by the spending power of Hispanics, Asians, Native Americans and other ethnic groups exemplifies the importance of these markets to businesses and entrepreneurs. The Minority Owned Business Center is designed to assist Minority Owned Businesses to develop Wall Street level operations so that they can effectively compete in the National and Global marketplace.

The NMEX Business Affiliate Program (NBAP), is the NMEX Business Client Service which focuses on providing established businesses with Information Technology & Marketing (ITM) Services needed to successfully affiliate market their products and services over the Internet. One of the income opportunities available to NMEX Registered Entities offered through NBAP and the NMEX Income Opportunity Center is the NMEX Affiliate Marketing Program (NAM).

NAM is the NMEX system where Vendors of a product or service contract directly with NMEX to utilize its marketing systems, and its Registered Entities as an affiliate marketing team to promote the Vendor's product or service.

NBAP also provides special opportunities for affiliate ventures between NMEX and established businesses to promote and market their products and services through various other NMEX activities. One example of a NBAP joint venture is utilization of NMEX Userpoints (Nupits) as an incentive in the promotion and sale of a Company's products and services.

NBAP is specifically designed to interact with the NMEX Joint Venture Contracting System (JVCS) which provides contractual services for complex transactions such as Real Estate Negotiations & Sales, and Merger & Acquisition Activity which typically cannot be fully accomplished using only the online tools & services on the NMEX Platform.

NBAP and NMEX Business Client Services also specializes in providing Affiliate Information Technology and Marketing Services to assist the practices of Professionally licensed Brokers & Agents in four special Industries:

1. Real Estate Transactions
2. Real Estate Financing
3. Merger & Acquisition Transactions
4. Business Related Investment Procurement

Professional Industry Brokers and Agents can significantly enhance their business operations through use of NBAP, NAM, other NMEX Business Client Services, and the tools and functions on the Online Platform.

An important feature of the NBAP Center is that all products & Services marketed through this Center can be affiliate marketed by any NMEX Registered Entity under a Master Joint Venture Contract (MJVC) unless specifically so stated by the particular marketing program. This allows products and services marketed through the Center to benefit from a comprehensive affiliate marketing program and team of many NMEX users under one specialized master contract. The Program is designed to produce effective marketing and sales for Vendors, and Professional Industry Brokers and Agents.

Businesses, Vendors, Professional Industry Brokers, Agents, and entrepreneurially oriented NMEX Registered Entities interested in participating in NBAP related transactions should request permission to join this Center to automatically be updated on continuing Center activity.
